To compare between two person or objects , In Hindi we say, वह मेरेसे बडा है (vah merese baDA hai) ,मै उससे लम्बा हूं (mai usase lambA hUM), वह सबसे मोटा है (vah sabase moTA hai) etc. 

In Marathi sentence structure is same. 

The word पेक्षा(pekShA) is appended to word with whom you are comparing subject.  

The words like जास्त / अधिक (jAst/adhik) can be used to indicate more. But generally these words can be omitted.

Examples will make it clear

1)वह मेरेसे ज्यादा लंबा है ( vah merese jyAdA laMbA hai )

तो माझ्यापेक्षा जास्त / अधिक उंच आहे  (to mAjhyApekShA jAst/adhik uMch Ahe)

2)मै तेरेसे नाटा हूं ( mai terese nATA hUM )

मी तुझ्यापेक्षा बुटका आहे  ( mI tujhyApekShA buTakA Ahe )

3) वे पहले अभीसे ज्यादा खुश थी 

त्या पूर्वी आत्तापेक्षा जास्त / अधिक सुखी होत्या  (tyA pUrvI AttApekShA jAst/adhik sukhI hotyA)

4) वह मेरेसे कम उमर का है (vah merese kam umar kA hai )
तो माझ्यापेक्षा कमी वयाचा आहे ( to mAjhyApekShA kamI vayAchA Ahe  )

Superlative degree sentences are also same in Hindi and Marathi.

In Hindi we use words सबसे ज्यादा / सबमें ( sabase jyAdA / sabameM ). In Marathi we use “सर्वात” / “सर्वात जास्त” / “सर्वाधिक" ( (sarvAt /sarvAt jAst/ sarvAdhik )

1)वह सबसे अच्छा है (vah sabase achChA hai)

तो  सर्वात चांगला आहे  (to sarvAt chAMgalA Ahe).

2) एव्हरेस्ट सबसे ऊंचा शिखर है (evharesT sabase UMchA shikhar hai)

एव्हरेस्ट सर्वाधिक उंच शिखर आहे  (evharesT sarvAdhik uMch shikhar Ahe)

3) वह सबसे छोटी खिलाडी थी (vah sabase ChoTI khilADI thI)

ती सर्वात लहान खेळाडू होती  (tI sarvAt lahAn kheLADU hotI)

4) तेरा आवाज सबमें बडा है  (terA AvAj sabameM baDA hai )

तुझा आवाज सर्वात जास्त मोठा आहे   (tujhA AvAj sarvAt jAst moThA Ahe  )
